When you apply to exchange the items you can put down a new order, and we will arrange for the new order to be dispatched and will contact you about the exchange process. Rahhint has the right and will not accept any return or exchanges where the item was been worn, damaged, washed, or has exceeded the 30 days return date.
You will receive an order tracking email after you place an order, where you can find your tracking number for inquiries; if you do not receive the email, please confirm whether the email is in your junk mailbox. If you still do not receive the email, please contact our after-sales service team via support@rahhint.shop, we will track the status of the package for you.
You will receive an order confirmation email once you have successfully placed an order. After your order is fulfilled, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
If your order has already proceeded, we apologize we can't cancel the order. Please contact us when you have received the parcel and we will continue to be at your service.
