Please use the “inform me when the stock is ready” service on the product page. Rahhint will inform you with a date when items are back in stock.

Orders may be subject to local duties and taxes. Please check with your country's customs office for more information regarding any possible duties and fees. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred due to customs.
Free shipping is available to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, France and Spain. Orders shipped to other countries or regions are charged a standard shipping fee of $3.
Before we ship out your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you don't receive this email, please contact our customer service team online or send a email to support@rahhint.shop
Once orders are received they will be processed within 1- 2 working days.
You will receive an order confirmation email once you have successfully placed an order. After your order is fulfilled, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
If you are located in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, France and Spain, it usually takes 2-5 business days after the order is placed. If you are in other countries, it will take 10-15 days or more. The exact time depends on where you are located. Please refer to your shipping confirmation e-mail for more detailed information and tracking information. If there are unexpected delays of delivery caused by any unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns & Refund
Please ensure that the product(s) is returned in the original package and have not been used or washed. Rahhint has the right to decline the return or exchange the product(s) if it has been worn, washed or has exceeded the 30 day return period.
We will process the refund within 7 working days after checking that the product(s) returned has no problems. With regards to when the refund will be deposited to your account this will depend on the method of payment and the bank.

We don't accept returns or exchanges without the original packaging. Please make sure you keep the original packaging before you apply for our return or exchange services.

We provide free return and exchange services. The buyer is responsible for the returns or exchange shipping cost in situations where the seller is not liable for the shipping costs.
In general, you should receive your order within 2-5 business days. You can track the location of the package by the tracking number in the shipping notification email. If you have not received an update on the location of the package, please contact our customer service online or send us a email at support@rahhint.shop for help.
Please take photos of the parcel and the product and get in contact with us. Our after sales team will process the information and once the details have been confirmed we will arrange to send out a new product where we will pay for the shipping costs.
We aim to provide premium products that facilitate cyclists to enjoy their cycling. But in case of any unexpected quality or performance problem that happen within 1 year since the date of receipt, you can contact us by email support@rahhint.shop. Rahhint provides a free-exchange policy. Please note our warranty does not cover the damage caused by inappropriate washing or normal wear and tear.
Please contact us by email support@rahhint.shop, our staff will process within 2-3 working days. Please return the product with pre-paid delivery cost for routine return process. We will check and decide whether to re-send a new product or repair it. We will reimburse the delivery cost.
Product
It is recommended to be worn without underwear to reduce rubbing against the underwear.
Good quality cycling shorts can fit the body well, wearing underwear affects the fit, increases the possibility of friction with the skin, and also reduce the padding's shock absorption effect.
Cycling shorts' padding is designed to be on the skin, it can wick moisture, allow the skin to breathe freely, and keep it dry. While the underwear material is cotton in general with has good sweat absorption but poor perspiration ability, which would lead to bacteria; Moisture will increase skin rubbing and cause inflammation too.
The underwear edge will cause the inner thigh chafing easily in riding.
Rahhint chamois are made of high-density foam and does not contain gel padding.
The cycling shorts are machine washable but we recommend that you handwash the chamois before putting into the washing machine. It’s also best to use a laundry bag to extend product life span. For more information read Care Instructions under support at the bottom of this page.
They can be worn under a pair of jeans.
Before washing, please turn the clothes inside out, keep all zippers closed, use a laundry bag, please wash with neutral detergent, avoid using fabric softener and bleach, avoid washing with light-coloured clothes. After washing, hang to dry and avoid prolonged contact with other light-coloured clothes when hanging and avoid sun exposure.

Yes, the gloves work on touchscreen phones with screen protectors.
When cycling in the rain it’s best to tuck the gloves under the sleeves of a waterproof jacket to prevent rain from running down the arms into the gloves.
The exterior of Rahhint winter gloves is designed with a water-resistant coating & TPU waterproof membrane within the interior is completely waterproof. Even though the surface may absorb rain and feel wet and heavy but the hands will remain dry.
