SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We know how important fast and free shipping is to our customers.We provide free shipping on all of our products. (Some remote areas are not provided with free shipment service).
We have three warehouse locations for faster delivery of your orders. Your order will ship from either our CA or GA warehouse depending on your shipping address and/or available inventory. Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours of placing your order Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or major holidays will be shipped the next business day. Please keep in mind, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed - delays may occur due to things like inclement weather, shipping issues, customs delays, inventory shortages, or other situations beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Immediate Order Confirmations: To ensure you are always updated your order’s progress, 24 hours after your package has shipped from the warehouse you will receive a confirmation email containing all of the details you need. You’ll find the shipping details inside, and a tracking number you can use to keep track of your order until it reaches your door’s final delivery.
What if my product is damaged in transit? You are fully supported by our Customer Support team to help resolve any issues that arise from a damaged product. It’s essential to pay careful attention on delivery (if possible), please take the time to check both the box and all contents for any signs that something is wrong as soon as you receive the shipment. If the carrier is still on site, DO NOT accept the delivery. Our Customer Support team is standing by and ready to immediately step in to help find a solution with your best interests.
What if I only notice the damage after it’s been delivered? We understand it’s not always possible to identify the damage on delivery. If you’ve only discovered the issue at a later date, you do have the ability to seek help from our Customer Support team. As long as you’ve notified us within 30 days of receiving the order, we will be able to apply for a refund on your behalf or request a replacement item. Please include photos of the damaged items for our records. With the complete report, our Customer Support team will help you reach the best solution for your specific situation.
